Welcome to CareCircle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our caregiving management platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using CareCircle, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions
• In case of emergency, call emergency services (911) immediately
• Do not delay seeking medical advice based on information from CareCircle
• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the Service
• AI-generated responses are informational and may not be accurate

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

CareCircle may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, OAuth providers). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

When you connect third-party services, you authorize us to access and use data from those services as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, graphics, logos, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by CareCircle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
